Let me educate you on food choices and have the opportunity to choose what to eat for each meal making them sustainable. I don't do SET meal plans, my unique method of nutrition works for EVERYONE.

Training plans are designed to ensure results are optimised. You will also be provided with exercise demonstrations so you know your performing them correctly.
CHECK-INS
Check ins allow me to ensure you're progressing at a good rate and the opportunity for me to make any changes to your plan. They also keep you super accountable so that results are 10x.

Males / Females looking to get into fantastic shape. This isnt a programme to be half committed with, the sole aim is to achieve the best results in 8 weeks. If your not going to be fully committed, save your money.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN SIGNING UP?

I will then be in touch via the private facebook group/email. You will receive your training plan, nutrition plan and other important info all via my Online Coaching software mobile app a few days before the start date.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT IN 8 WEEKS?
Losing 10-20 lbs of body fat is very common however, the harder you are willing to work, the better the results. You get as much out of it as you're willing to put in. I provide you with what you need to get results, it's over to you to implement.
HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK WILL I HAVE TO EXERCISE?
Participants will be required to exercise a minimum of 4 times per week. This can consist of resistance training and cardiovascular training (if necessary).
I'M A BEGINNER, CAN I TAKE PART?
Of course, I have welcomed many beginners to previous challenges, as long as you are prepared to work hard.
WHAT WILL MY DIET CONSIST OF?
Don't worry, you won't have to 5 meals of chicken and rice!! My nutrition plans are unique in that they cater to EVERYONE. Choose foods you enjoy, find tasty and feel as if you aren't even dieting.
HOW MUCH SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE OVER THE 8 WEEKS?
Communication will be via my private facebook group. This way, all other clients can learn from questions being asked.
